The death certificate is issued from the hospital which is confirmed by a doctor And issues a Death certificate confirming this After buried the deceased, he gets a computerized certificate from the union council which makes the deceased person’s son or a daughter or a brother or other relative. The Death certificate is used to death certificate in various departments and banks. After that, the certificate has to be taken to the destination and the CNIC card of the deceased person has to be canceled and the Cancellation certificate has to be taken.
For certification from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and General Death Certificate, Nadara ID card is to be brought and a copy of the applicant’s ID card is also along with the applicant is the one who applied the death certificate. In case of confirmation from another country
Copy of the CNIC card of the deceased, and the copy of the applicant and the person abroad who needs this certificate
It appears to have a copy of the CNIC and passport Copy.

ہسپتال سے ڈیتھ سرٹیفیکٹ کاپی
قبرستان میں دفنانے کی پرچی کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے
بیرون ملک میں یہ فوتگی کا سرٹیفیکٹ استمعال کرنے کییلۓ متعلقہ ایمبیسی سے تصدیق کروانے کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے ایمبیسی سے تصدیق کروانے سے پہلے وزارت خارجہ پاکستان سے تصدیق کروانا ضروری ہوتا ہے
وزارت خارجہ سے تصدیق کرنے سے پہلے یونین کونسل کا فوتگی سرٹیفیکٹ NADARA لے کر جانا پڑتا ہے اور متوفی کا شناختی کارڈ کینسل کروانا پڑتا ہے
متوفی کا شناختی کارڈ کینسل کا سرٹیفیکٹ لیکر وزارت خارجہ جانا پڑتا ہے
وزارت خارجہ پھر اس فوتگی کے سرٹیفیکٹ کو تصدیق کرے گا پھر آپ اس سرٹیفیکٹ کو متعلقہ ایمبیسی سے تصدیق کروا سکیں گے
